SPAG is developing a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP) to establish a framework to eliminate serious and fatal injuries for all road users in the 15-County region. Development of a CSAP makes SPAG’s 15 member counties eligible to pursue the more than $2 billion still available for future funding rounds in the USDOT’s SS4A discretionary grant program.
